This page contains the terms and conditions for purchasing at CAROLINA BRAND. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before ordering any parts. By purchasing any of our products you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. When placing an order at CAROLINA BRAND you guarantee that you are at least 18 years old (or have an adult’s permission to buy from us) and accept these terms and conditions that apply to all orders placed. None of these terms and conditions affect your legal rights. Accumulated other terms or changes to the terms and conditions must be binding unless they are agreed and signed by us. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to the above.

 

PRICE AND PAYMENT
Except in case of evident and gross error, the price of the products will be what is indicated at each moment on our website. Although the Seller seeks to ensure that all prices indicated on the website are correct, errors may occur. If the Seller finds that the price of a product in an order is wrong, he will inform the User as soon as possible, giving the possibility between reconfirming the order at the correct price or proceeding to its cancellation. If it is impossible to contact the User, the order will be canceled and the User will be fully refunded the price of the products, if he has already paid for them. The Seller will have no obligation to supply any product at an incorrect price (if lower), even if a shipping confirmation has already been sent, via email, if the error is notorious, unambiguous and should have been identified by the User in circumstances reasonable. The prices indicated on this website include VAT (when applicable), but do not contain delivery costs, which will be added to the final price, if the order type is subject to such a procedure. We reserve the right to refuse orders of large size or value. All prices and quantities available are subject to change at any time, but, except as noted above, this change will not affect orders for which a shipping confirmation has already been sent, via email. When the User has finished his selection, all the products he wants to purchase will be inserted in his basket and the next step will be the process of registering the exit and making the payment.

 

DELIVERY
After your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number and details by email. Average transit times are between 1 and 5 business days, depending on the destination but may be extended. We are based in Portugal (Europe), and the customer is responsible for paying any duties, customs, charges or additional taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery. No customs costs will be applied to orders delivered in the countries of the European Union. If your order cannot be delivered, you will be responsible for any fees that the order may incur and for the cost of shipping it to our address in Portugal.

 

REFUSED SUBMISSIONS
If you choose to refuse your order, you will be responsible for any fees that the order may incur and for the cost of shipping it to our address in Portugal. This amount will be taken from the total refund of your order. PAYMENT All products remain the property of Miss Trendy until a payment is made. The price applied is what was set on the date you placed the order. Your card information is not stored and all your card information is transacted using SLL encryption. Please read the terms and conditions of the payment method chosen for the transaction as they will be responsible for the transaction made.

 

LOCAL TAXES
Please note that local taxes (sales tax, customs fees) may apply, depending on your region and your local customs duties. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
